A little bit about Den Vecchio…
I kind of stumbled upon play therapy 15 years ago when I realised I was really curious about how people “work,” and starting with the early stages of life seemed like an obvious place to begin. I was studying developmental psychology but soon realised that working directly with children was more my cup of tea and a friend who was a therapist suggested I look at Play Therapy. I attended an open day and instantly knew this was the right path for me.
Since then, I’ve completed various trainings and now work with people of all ages, supporting them through their different life stages. I can honestly say that I really love my work, and I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had with others. After recently re-locating to beautiful Wales, I hope to continue working therapeutically whilst pursuing my own learning journey.
I’m a qualified Play & Creative Arts Therapist, Pluralistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Creative Arts Clinical Supervisor, Mindful Hatha Yoga Teacher, Parent-Child Attachment Play Practitioner, & Baby Bonding Practitioner.

A little bit about Moksha Sage…
Music has always been a powerful force in my life; a source of freedom, empowerment, and connection to my deepest values. My favourite bands have become the soundtrack to my experiences. Whether it’s the sheer joy of dancing to disco, the raw energy of punk expressing rage at a chaotic world, or the haunting beauty of Bulgarian choirs that brings me to tears, music gives voice to feelings I could never fully express with words alone.
My professional journey began in mental health and Special Educational Needs settings, alongside a long-standing personal interest in meditation and awareness practices. Over time, this led me to explore psychotherapy more deeply. That curiosity eventually brought me to train as a Music Therapist, a path that felt like a natural meeting point between my passion for music and a commitment to emotional healing. While psychotherapy helps us understand ourselves, music offers a way to access and express what often lies beyond words.
Outside of work, I love being in nature — climbing, cycling, and walking through the Welsh hills and mountains, and occasionally braving the cold waters of rivers and lakes. I also enjoy playing guitar, keyboard, and drums with friends, and spend time writing and recording my own songs.
I’m a qualified Music Therapist, and practice daily meditation and yoga.
